finest Celtic story songs but with additonal flavour and colour added

grace this recording with all manner of creative, funky and thoroughly

was recorded live by the CBC in February 1998 at the West End Cultural Centre in
Winnipeg. It features a blend of traditional Scottish, Irish,

Song of Lewis' is a CD single
released in June 2000. The song's lyrics and melody were
written by Jennifer's mother, Jean (Murray) Clarke, in 1998.
Writing this beautiful song was a spontaneous, heart driven experience
for Jean, based
on memories of her last visit, (in 1949) to the Isle of Lewis, the
birthplace
